Artisan Interests is an Atlanta-based real estate firm specializing in strategic land investment and land development opportunities in major urban and suburban submarkets throughout the Southeastern United States.

Formed in 2019 by the Managing Principals of SSG Realty Partners, a land investment advisory firm, and Winter Companies, a construction and environmental services company, our land acquisition and land development projects are guided by a unique three-pronged philosophy:

  • Unleveraged, “All Equity” Land Purchases/Land Assemblages to ensure a strong, low-risk financial foundation for each project.

  • Strategically Located Land Tracts are sought in both urban and suburban markets which, when appropriately assembled, master-planned, entitled, incented, branded and developed, have the potential to truly transform the communities in which they are located.

  • Public/Private Partnerships (“P3 Partnerships”) are formed with the municipal/governmental entities in those communities in which we invest. These P3 Partnerships reflect Artisan’s commitment to jointly foster economic development, job creation, infrastructure construction and an enhanced quality of life.
