This site is within the Greater Metropolitan Atlanta area, located in the Villa Rica submarket, along the Interstate 20 West Corridor in Carroll County and Douglas County, Georgia.
The Artisan Crossing site is located at a key intersection along the new Villa Rica By-Pass, a 1.93 mile “loop road” improvement which will connect Villa Rica’s three existing submarkets, while simultaneously creating a fourth Northern Submarket.
